Hi. I'm Marc Helgesen. I'm a professor in the Department of Intercultural Studies at Miyagi Gakuin Women's University, Sendai, Japan. I'm also adjunct professor at Teachers College Columbia University MA TESOL Program - Tokyo.  I'm an author of the English Firsthand series from  Pearson Education / Longman Asia. 

I often give ELT (English Language Teaching) presentations and meet teachers in other situations. The website is mostly a way to share presentation handouts, tasksheets and other materials.
